Chapter 2 / Create desire and recruit the next customer

How do you make millions of women want Aje?

Aje has built a world worth entering.

Now, how do we invite millions of women into it?

Explore the thinking

Create desire & recruit

Build a world women want to enter.

Move Aje beyond being a brand women discover when they're shopping for a dress, into a brand they actively follow, desire and identify with.

Create desire before she needs to shop. Be relevant when she's ready to buy. Give her a reason to return.

That requires three connected decisions:

  1. 01

Recruit the next Aje customer, rather than relying on existing customers to drive future growth.

  2. 02

Build cultural influence through meaningful relationships, not transactional influencer posts.

  3. 03

Create one recognisable global recruitment platform that brings new audiences into the Aje world and connects their interest to product discovery, store visits and purchase.

Who are the next Aje customers?

Three priority customers.

These are strategic hypotheses to validate against Aje's first party data, market demand, retail environment and customer research, not established customer segments.
